Acey Deucey is played the same way as Backgammon with only a couple of variations, The keynote feature is that a throw of a 1 and 2 is a special throw called “acey deucey”.  Acey-deucy is a fun game, with a much greater element of luck or chance than regular backgammon, 1 and 2 rolls are deadly. You are never out-of-it right to the end. The pace is fast and furious (at least compared to regular backgammon). Acey-deucy makes for a nice change of pace once in a while for Backgammon players. Objective of Acey Deucey:

Two players compete over a board with twenty-four positions or "points", with fifteen checkers each. Movement of the checkers is controlled by the throw of two dice, each player throwing once in turn except for a roll of a double or 1 and 2. Checkers are moved by the players as per the throw. The player who bears off all her checkers first wins.
